Exhibitor Guidelines

• Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis
• Solutions Fair 2019 is limited to 100 exhibitors
• Exhibitors will be selected on a first come, first serve basis
• Successful applicants will be notified over e-mail
• Logistic & Set-up support will be provided to exhibitors. Exhibitors MUST coordinate with our Logistics Partner regarding booth setup and printing for roll-ups.
• Exhibitors are limited to 2 roll-ups ONLY, no exceptions
• Using stickers or putting up displays on the walls of the venue are NOT permitted

THEME: Lessons Learned- Challenges and Opportunities for development in Sudan

Workshop Presentation Guidelines: Tafakur Zone

• Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis
• Solutions Fair 2019 is limited to 12 workshops/papers
• Each workshop may not exceed 2 hours in length
• Presentations will be selected on the relevance of the material submitted to the Solutions Fair 2019 theme

Solutions Hackathon Guidelines: Pitching Zone

• Exhibitors who have submitted Development Pain points, challenges in their work that they want entrepreneurs to tackle for them are expected to report to the Pitching Zone for briefing at 10am
• Exhibitors whose pinpoints are selected at the Pitching Zone are expected to provide a challenge briefing session to the participants at the Solutions Hackathon
• Exhibitors whose pinpoints are selected at the Pitching Zone are expected to be part of the Judging Panel

• Exhibitors opting to participate have a HUGE surprise ahead.
